Well, i'm back to blogging.

First thing first.

I've acquired a new toy, the iPhone.

Next, im beginning to do more golf.

And am hoping to own a set of irons.

Followed on, im happy @ work.

It's the 5th week already.

Time passes fast. And this time round, i've made more friends.

The people seating in their own offices aren't intimidating at all.

So people, don't be afraid to mix around with bosses.

I've rubbish-ed speculations like this.

And yes, Im now much more involved in the team.

Which i finally felt, my presence is being felt. Cheers.

i took this whole chunk from a friend's blog.

which im quite enlightened.

let me share this with u guys.

i mean, if you come to realise one day that whatever that you have done and put on so much effort on turns up to be the benefit of another. in that case, what do you do, stand back, like the person take credit for what you've done? or stand up and say that you have actually did most of the work. But what is measurable?

So what if you were to stand up, would the person believe? And if you were to stand back, would the person think that you're totally useless and stuff and there's no point hiring you?

You know, while i was working, i realised that there are alot of stuffs that we have overlooked. Its like whenever a customer enters, you acknowledge them by greeting and all, but when he/she leaves and your back face them, you actually forget and ignore the presence of them. and move on with your own doings.

i think this is life. God gave us a pair of eyes, only at our front and not our back, telling us that, everyone should move on, We shouldn't bring our past with us and move on with life, we should probably just serve them like customers who enter and exit the shop, they come in, gives you a certain impression, then leave with the impression they left. (like, if they never buy your clothes you would be 'tsk' and all). Just that it gets a little more difficult to get over in reality, when facing different kind of stuff. I guess there's like always another interpretation to the meaning of life and all? Like, if you realise, you can relate to people saying stuffs behind you and you not able to understand and know what is it all about, (back stabbing in this case), people having a second impression.

Argh. I seriously have no idea what i'm talking about. hahaha! Crazy. Totally stressed out. HELP?

and so, my bed time stories, is to recap a rather boring July.

i would say, July isnt as fun.

i practically didnt haf as much meet-ups i've expected.

i've got planes flown at me, and some just simply forgotten.

hence at times i felt, i do feel, im really forgotten.

how many people in the world loves being forgotten?

hmmms..

however, i am able to curb my temper.

not to mention about the big one that happened weeks ago, but well..

what makes me do so?

because i feel, in whatever u do, words that are being said and actions shows a lot.

for example for my case, i'm being forgotten..

well, i cant practically beg for you to meet me yo?

so if i reminds too much, it will become more of begging.

at the end of the day when u know words spoken are a fluke, it can be hurtful.

the most certain thing, is dont assume.

dont assume that others are busy or what.

its the thoughts and sincere that counts. :)

also, i havent haf much of time to do what i like this month.

the weather's bad. real bad. i laments time under the sun. basking and soaking.

and so, part of the month's routine is just slacking rotting and outing.

money spent bit by bit and i've hit rough patch. so i've found a job.

pretty fast i would say. thank goodness.

and now working life..

initially it wasnt what i expected.

fun-loving people, cultures, job scopes, none fits what i thought of.

but i would say, things are getting pretty much better.

except that, every office, none of it lacks of. you know what i meant.

thankfully, i've made some frens there. hence, im not alone. for now at least =)

ummm, i do reminisced times, we took picts together, outing, whatever.

and now these are like so distant from us.

whenever i look at pictures, i put on a smile.

afterall, i do think im given 'that' smile before.

thou its now close to a month, i reckon it to be even longer.

much much longer. a month now, and certainly going. :)

it may be for a good cause.

sad to say, goals i set for July failed badly.

very very badly.

i only managed to achieved 20%-30% of objectives?

Talking about understanding. yes, anyone can be understanding, but what's the limit? can someone tell me the benchmark for being understanding?

well, many a times people get confused between being tolerating and understanding. when you tolerate means you get angry over something but choose to swallow it and not make a fuss outta it. when you're understanding, you really know the situation and WOULDN'T mind about anything if you were to sacrifice something etc.

Questions:

1. What disappoints you the most?

- a tough one. i dont know how to answer. maybe some scenarios?

2. Where will you go if someone sponsors you a tour ticket?

- Hong Kong? or somewhere i feel i can settle there for long.

so next time if i want to get out of Singapore, i know where to go

the next instance.

3. What’s your favorite thing to do?

- to relax, drink and eat with the close mates.

4. Do you think money can buy happiness?

- to a certain extent. but i feel, it would be just temporary. it wont be for long.

5. If you can have one dream to come true, what would it be?

- to be settled down with the RIGHT person with everything im doing

going very well. *if i use AND it will become 2 dreams. hahah*

6. Do you wish to live in a HDB flat, condo or landed property?

- Landed property.

- i feel it will be those close mates im having.

- make a donation. a shop/career. a middle-end car, a house, and 3 big dogs.

- when i'm remembered, and appreciated.

- high possiblity of being a bachelor. chionging madly on my career.

Knowing People

Nothing is harder to see into than people's natures.
Though good and bad are different, their conditions an appearances
are not always uniform.
There are some people who are nice enough but steal.
Some people are outwardly respectful while inwardly
making fools of everyone. Some people are brave on the outside
yet cowardly on the inside. Some people do their best but are not
loyal.

Hard though it be to know people, there are ways.
First is to question them concerning right and wrong, to observe their ideas.
Second is to exhaust all their arguments, to see how they change.
Third is to consult with them about strategy, to see how perceptive they are.
Fourth is to announce that there is trouble, to see how brave they are.
Fifth is to get them drunk, to observe their nature.
Sixth is to present them with the prospect of gain, to see how modest they are.
Seventh is to give them a task to do within a specific time,
to see how trustworthy they are.

What Happens In Thailand

And so, it's appropriate to wear slippers and shorts onboard plane!

Taking off from Singapore runway at about 0630.

As i'm having the window seat, i get to snap these airborne picts.

So, here we are landing at Bangkok. Arrival time is 0730 BKK time.

was drained out. probably due to lack of sleep the previous night.

feeling sick sucks thou. especially it's just the beginning of the fun.

oh well, luckily it didnt kill my fun thou.

friends, when u're feeling sick on trips,

grab some beer!! get a good sleep and u feel good the next day.

it kinda works for me.

Day 1 lunch was at Siam Paragon.

The food court was awesome.

I love the food there especially this dish, pork collar.

it was marinated and then deep fried..

Oozing out the fats and the marinate. GREAT!!

we had 4 servings i guess. or 5 servings.

according to the tour guide,

b4 it was named Thailand, the country was named Siam.

pronounced as Si-am. (:

we had, i must say, a very good tour guide.

his name is Sam. thanks Sam!

after lunch we head to the top level of Siam Paragon.

it's a sports car galore. enjoy the pictures (:

we went to pray at the 4-face Buddha. quite an experience.

and we got whacked too.

imagine paying ... 200 baht to pray?

200 per person, close to 10 bucks SGD, just for flowers etc etc.

and was told the actual pricing was 40 Baht.

After praying was to starbucks to caught some breathe.

its really hot!

i was tanned by then.

Weekend market! i sweeped a bagful of stuffs from there.

So, 3 months passed just like that.

My spell at NexWave ended yesterday.

Never had i felt so free in the office.

Well, i've enjoyed my stay pretty much.
